At Life for Sudan we believe that we have a responsibility to be faithful stewards of that to which we are entrusted.  The Board of Directors pledges to maintain a policy of transparency and accountability in all of our financial management and public activities.  We pledge to:

1. Use all gifts and donations wisely and effectively for the purpose for which they were intended.
2. Disclose the purpose of fundraising appeals and to never seek contributions that are not needed.
3. To abide by all financial management and disclosure requirements required of non-profit corporations.
4. To maintain the lowest administrative and fundraising costs possible within our mission and stated purposes.
